Standard Clear PVC

Chase's most common PVC type is Flat Clear Standard (FCS). Flat clear standard PVC is extremely versatile and makes up 90% of all PVC sold on the market today. Standard PVC is used on strip doors and provides excellent clarity while offering a high level of flexibility, making it ideal for custom projects.

Flat clear standard can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications and is designed for temperatures ranging between 0°F and 150°F. The flat, clear strips reduce drag on the door, making them very easy to pass through. From personnel doors to large industrial openings, flat clear standard PVC strips are an effective solution for managing environments.

Bulk PVC Low Temp Offset Double Ribbed

In areas where there is a high amount of mechanized traffic, Chase's offset double ribbed PVC can be used to ensure that the strip door remains clearer, longer. The ribs on the PVC serve as the primary point of impact on the door so that when forklifts pass through, the ribs absorb the shock, keeping the PVC clear. Additionally, the ribs serve as a thermal barrier, creating pockets of air that provide added layers of insulation.

Chase's standard offset double ribbed PVC reduces drag as objects pass through and ensure that the strips do not stick together. These strips can be used in indoor and outdoor applications and will remain effective in temperatures ranging from 0°F to 150°F.
